Καντε χιλιόμετρα γι'αυτους που αγαπάτε.
I spotted this K-Tel compilation album the other day, and no, I didn’t pick it up, despite its many features, like having Robbie the Robot from Lost In Space on the cover for no reason; a truly schizophrenic music selection featuring Alice Cooper, Kenny Rogers, Rose “Car Wash” Royce and more; and of course, those hyped posters of Andy Gibb and KC & the Sunshine Band. I think the only way to wallow even deeper in the cultural wasteland of the Seventies would be to listen to this on 8-track while lying on an orange shag carpet in a custom van. And people wonder why punk came along…
A friend brought over a box of records. Opened up and found this compilation album. Gonna start my Monday with some 80’s tunes.
