Picture from yesterday at my mums, fresh Norwegian oysters. It looks so easy when others open them, but I had a difficult time. Since we baked them in the oven with bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, butter and garlic. I cheated a little. I heated them up a little so they would open up a bit so I could stick the knife in and open them. But when eating fresh raw oysters I let someone else do the job
