I haven’t seen the BD/DVD versions downloaded anywhere, but you can buy them using a proxy service like White Rabbit or Tenso (links to tutorials on how to use them on my faq), or you can check online stores like AmiAmi or YesAsia if they ship to your country directly without a middleman

Lol my main complaint about the DVDs is that I can't get them in the states. Hehe. I would prefer they only perfected the animation, but I wish there were official blu-rays (complete with codes for digital viewing) available for purchase. I'm worried that when they finally release them in the states they're going to be dubbed only or something. Thank you for taking the time to create gifs showing the differences. It's really interesting to see. ❤ Your gifs are seriously amazing.
I don’t really know anything about licensing and stuff, but releasing an anime with only a dub would be a dick move, considering there are lot of fans who don’t like the Funimation dub for YOI. Has that happened before? I saw that they released One Punch Man dvds and blu-rays in North America this week and that aired a year earlier than YOI so it could take a while until you can get it there.I was thinking on making bigger posts with more shots of the comparisons with screencaps on my second blog @kukayuuri sometimes after the last volume comes out, so around June, when I’m not as busy. But anyway, look forward to the regular posts on this blog on volumes 5 (hopefully next Friday) and 6 :)
I just want to ask, but was the kiss scene changed in any way in the yoi blu-ray version? I ask because I saw a screenshot that seemed to change it to lose the details like their blush and the shine on their faces and I don't want to believe it changed. :(
It’s not real. I haven’t seen that screenshot but they didn’t change anything in that scene in the BD/DVDs, don’t worry :)

I’d just like to remind that each volume contains only two episodes and only the first four are out at the moment so episodes 1-8, the next one is released next Friday and the last one at the end of May
can you tell us if they corrected victor's name in ep1 of yoi? is it still niliforv?
Yeah they fixed it in the blu-rays/dvds, like it was fixed in a flashback in a later episode in the tv version
