"Hey Max, I know that today is your dad's birthday and you're really bummed about it, but I just want you to know that you don't have to sit in your room all day and have to akumatize people. Maybe all you really need right now is comfort." Kim said talking from the other end of max's bedroom door. "Anyways, I know you probably want to be alone, but just know that I'll be here for you if you need a hug or to talk-" he sighed sitting down. He heard the door handle rattle and looked behind him.

"Can you put me down now?" Kuma asked. "Awww but you're sad and need a hug!" Dark feather said. "I don't. I am a hundred percent fine!" Kuma protested. "You can cry it out if you want! I know you hate losing especially at the cost of a loved one-" dark feather said patting Kuma
