Max has been MVP of the team this entire season. No drama, no sass, he clocks in, does his job, and goes home!
I love how Pegasus was yoinking everyone through his portal
Okay here's the ficlet I wrote. I think we are sleeping on the potential of Ladybug!Max

“Do you ever wonder about previous holders?” Scarab asked his partner as they both sat perched on top of the Arc de Triomphe.
Next to him, Princess Kitty shrugged. “Not really.”
It had been a week since they’d defeated Pharaoh and he was still finding it hard to think about anything else.
“My new theory is that Scarab and Princess Kitty are over 10,000 years old!” Alya had stated confidently on her blog in the aftermath, a statement so patently false that Max had almost reconsidered how closely he followed her blog, but her data was always solid even if her conclusions almost never were. He supposed he couldn’t blame her for not knowing several key facts about the operations of the miraculous. The image of the black cat warrior she’d seen on one of the Louvre’s Egyptian artifacts was certainly of interest.
There was no way Princess Kitty was 10,000 years old. If pressed, Max would put her age at about his own, maybe a little younger.
“I can’t imagine not wanting to know,” he. “Imagine how much untapped information there could be in stories of our predecessors.”
“That’s because you’re you!” Princess Kitty said with her perpetual cheer. “My kwami says I’m the sweetest holder he’s ever had and that’s enough for me!”
It probably was. It took remarkably little to satisfy her. Sometimes Scarab wondered if he should’ve been the one with the ring, with what they said about curiosity and cats. Lucky Charm was a puzzle; Cataclysm was a solution. Some nights, he would let himself wonder how it would feel to cut through problems like Alexander and the gordion knot. It’d be simpler in some ways. He’d get as far as imagining the power of destruction crackling on his palm before forcing himself to take a step back and admit that Kitty, with her distaste of destroying any more than she had to, was the better choice. She was perfectly willing to follow his lead whenever he really needed something destroyed anyway.
“My kwami says I’m different than most of hers.”
“But that’s not a bad thing, is it?”
He shrugged.
“My wielders are always creatives,” Tikki had said when he asked. “They make beautiful things and they see solutions!”
Max wasn’t creative. He viewed the world through the lens of numbers and math. He didn’t make things like Marinette or Nathaniel or any of the artsy kids Alix hung out with after school sometimes. All he had was a half-built robot and a bunch of buggy code.
Kitty nudged him, interrupting his thoughts. “That face means you’re thinking too hard.”
“I wonder,” he said, “what the odds are that a different Ladybug wielder would do a better job
“Don’t be silly! You can’t run the numbers on that. We’ll get him eventually. After all, you’re crazy smart and I’m crazy awesome.”
She grinned and Scarab found himself grinning along with her.
“You’re right, we will.”
Max week is in October!
Real question tho-
Why isn't max in the guest room?
I thought he desided to stay? Obviously i'm missing something lol, did he leave??
Max and Rose, underrated duo.
My What-If Akuma Fighting Game Intro Interactions Between Gabriel Agreste’s Akumatized Villains And Lila Rossi’s Akumatized Villains
Ok. Here I’ll be going over my what-if fighting game intro interactions that I think Gabriel Agreste’s akumatized villains and Lila Rossi’s akumatized villains might have with each other. This is based on the episode ‘Gamer 2.0’ where Max Kante’s akumatized self Gamer 2.0 trapped people in their akumatized forms and had them fight each other in a fighting game. For this particular post, I’ll only be pairing Gabriel’s akumatized villains against Lila’s akumatized villains. And some of the intro interactions will be based on the akumatized villains’ motives in their respective episodes. With that out of the way, let’s dive right in.
Fairy Good Night: “You’re a meanie! You bring stuff that scares people to life!”
Sandboy: “And I’m gonna bring stuff that scares you to life.”
Fairy Good Night: “Maybe you won’t be such a meanie when I bring your wishes to life and show you how great wishes can be.”
Simpleman: “The strife your daughter went through could’ve been avoided if everyone around her were simplified.”
Daddycop: “What could be more simple than making them love my daughter?”
Simpleman: “Simplicity itself, of course.”
Sublimation: “Making people take risks gets in the way of their discipline, you little brat.”
Risk: “Maybe you’ll be less of a killjoy when I use my power to make you take risks.”
Sublimation: “Maybe you’ll be less of a spoiled brat and learn discipline when I use my power to make you better.”
Illustrhater: “You make drawings come to life too?!”
Evillustrator: “Yup. Wanna see whose brought-to-life drawings do better in a fight?”
Illustrhater: “Yes! Let’s do it!”
Well, that’s all for this post.
See you all next time.
