I’ve had these two particular ocs for YEARS and I’m only now starting to develop an actual story for them.

And it sucks that I created them cause I was writing yesterday and had the overwhelming feeling that I needed to go on Pinterest to look at fanart of them. BUT THEY DONT EXIST TO ANYONE BUT ME!

Y’all. I’m taking steps in life I never thought I would.

I decided to move forward in finding a tattooing apprenticeship. I’ve been working on building my portfolio and even bought my own machine.

I’ve been practicing on fake skin and coming up with more and more new ideas every day.

Last night I took the biggest step and tattooed myself. Just a little mushroom on my toe. It’s not the best but I made it.

I’m proud of myself for doing these things that scare me. Pushing myself beyond my limits and setting new comfort zones.

I told my coworkers about it and some of them made fun of me and it made me sad for a minute but I’m a stubborn and spiteful bitch and hardened my resolve.

One of my coworkers heard about my endeavor and gave me the contact of one of his family members that just opened a tattoo parlor. He said he’s looking for another apprentice. He just opened a whole world of opportunity for me.

I’m going to reach out today and ask if I can go show him my portfolio.
