Kured, located on Charles St. in the Beacon Hill area, is one of Boston’s first-ever quick service charcuterie stores. Typically with the charcuterie box, you would choose what meats you would like; however, since I’m a vegetarian, I could pick various cheeses and sides, including smoked Gouda, sharp cheddar, truffle cheddar, cheese curds with grapes, homemade pickles and a berry jam.
