Friday, a former aide of Roger Jason Stone Jr.'s was held in "contempt of court" for ignoring a subpoena from the Robert Swan Mueller, Jr's. Special Counsel investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 President Election of Donald John Trump, Sr.
“We asked him to be held in contempt in order for us to appeal the judge’s decision to the court of appeals,” said Miller's lawyer Paul Kamenar.
WHY HE IGNORED IT
Kamenar argued that Mueller is a "principal officer". And he said according to the Appointments Clause of the Constitution, that means the president of the United States “shall nominate” him “by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate.”
"Mueller was not nominated by the president by and with the advice and consent of Congress, therefore it is unconstitutional", Kamenar said.

“Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.”
"Inferior officers are the lower-level officials under the supervision of the principal officers.," according to the Appointments Clause.

"The judge said Mueller is an inferior officer, therefore his appointment by a “Head of Department” (yes, in this case the acting head of the Department of Justice, U.S. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein) is constitutionally valid," according to Law and Crime.
(Definition of Principal Officer is being appointed by President and confirmed. He was not, so he is not.)

I stress no evidence exists that I in anyway collaborated or coordinated my activities or pronouncements with WikiLeaks or anyone else and that my now public ex-post facto exchange with Guccifer 2.0 is benign and most certainly does not constitute evidence of collusion or collaboration.
No evidence exists because the events endlessly recycled by irresponsible fake news outlets like MSNBC simply never happened!!
The mainstream media has merely recycled the same threadbare claims regarding wiki leaks and goes for Guccifer 2.0 that I addressed fairly and honestly before the house intelligence committee.
This is indeed a Witch Hunt !"
