“Yami!” Yugi called, a little ways down the beach. “Come look!” 

“Papa wants us.” Yami said to the bucket, scooping it back up. “Should we go see?” A loud chirp made him chuckle, and he grabbed another bucket to bring with them. The babies had discovered the art of sandcastles- making a row of lopsided lumps in the sand. Yugi himself was carefully making a castle, sitting on a blanket. 

“Where is- Oh! There you are, baby.” Yugi laughed, accepting the bucket of fluff. Yami sat next to him on the blanket, starting to build a castle of his own. “Are you happy in there?” 

“Kuriiii! Ku-ri-ko! Bo-bo!” The runt replied, squirming free of the bucket. He flung a paw in the general direction of Seto and Mokuba, sending sand flying. 

“Oh, Bo-bo called Katsuya stupid, so he’s a little mad.” Yami translated, patting the wall he was building. 

“Oh no, that’s not nice.” Yugi said, before returning to digging with his shovel. The runt, remembering what he had been doing before, dove back into digging with gusto.

This chapter is really putting me through the wringer, but we are almost there! Pray for me y'all .
