Probably my largest wip at the moment. I really should finish him soon.
It's a redesign of Rouxls I've been ocasionally working on since about three weeks after the game came out! I wanted to give him a tactician-ish build, and draw that neon landscape and wacky architecture, so I pieced this together. Hope I get around to finishing it before the con, and that I get a booth this year!

Anyone around here still know who this guy is? I heard they're making a comic. That sounds pretty neat. But yep, it's Dr. Horrible! This was a fun palette to work with. Yay for color symbolism..!
