How sad is it that Blaine can treat Sam, his crush, better than he's ever treated Kurt, the "love of his life, soulmate"!
But did I call it or what?!!! I knew that's how it was going to play out:
'Oh no, Sam, you're special and valued and sexy just as you are!'
vs.
"It looked like you had gas pains." and 'You just need to stop being a prude and learn about sex so you can learn to be sexy.'
Not that I disagree with Sam being shown he's more than just a hot body and "Sam matters" (He's needed to hear that for the 2 years he's spent just being a prop to girls' egos!) I'm just rolling-my-eyes at Blaine's NOT ever doing the same for Kurt, and where Kurt's instinctual response to a simple compliment is "Oh, no, Blaine's better!"
