Don’t let other’s opinions tarnish the way you feel about yourself. You should love you and no one should make you think otherwise.

Don’t compare your feelings and situations to others. Saying you can’t be sad because someone has it worse is like saying you can’t be happy because someone has it better.

Giving people second chances even when they’ve hurt you before, that is real bravery and I applaud you.
Its okay to be sad sometimes. We are all human. Whats not okay is to bring others down with you. When feeling down try to make others feel a million times better than you and your mood will be uplifted with theirs.
When you feel negitive just think ‘POSTIVE POSTIVE POSTIVE’ over and over again.
