The decoration of the ceremony was designed in accordance with special geometric and technical standards. (Starting with the drawing of the concept by hand, to the choosing of colors and carvings, then computer-drawing and adjusting measurements, and lastly, determining the type of artwork and materials used.) An integrated technical team, under the supervision and guidance of Eng. Lamya Alothman, had been hired for the production of this creative work.
