There’s also a lot of waiting around and you hear nonchalant flatulence from other elderly merchants in their elaborate costumes of many layers when you least expect it. Not that it bothers them one jot. To celebrate the wrap, there's nothing better than a plate of fried chicken nibbles and a (heathier) bowl of kway tiaw th’ng from Sim’s Kitchen. Sure, the fried chicken didn't have the 11 herbs & spices of KFC but it was nonetheless a better choice.
