I think one of the Silver Linings of the things happening within this documentary was feeling how much Jiyong's staff was genuinely concerned about him and tried to take care of him beyond the scope of their official duties.
I think it also tells you a lot about a person.
I think within the showbiz world especially, it's one thing to have other star friends in the industry, which obviously looks good in the public eye, generates more interest in both the people concerned.
But I think, people who share a good relationship with their staff are people whose nice-ness doesn't exist just for the public eye.
Not completely related but I suddenly remembered that one account from a wine server at a fashion event in Paris.
(I know I saved screenshots but God knows if I'll find them now)
Who said that out of all the people he served in that huge event only one person actually turned around to say 'thank you' . And it stuck with him so much, he asked around if someone knew who the Asian guy with the coloured hair was.
Turned out it was Jiyong.
Hah I guess the point I'm getting at is I adore this man and I'm so proud of him for constantly exceeding my expectations.
