I was gonna do something useful instead I just made a sketch of Kyle based off some model shoot of Ash Stymest who I do not know any personal details of and do not care to I am simply here for the vibe.

but it is helping me figure out some Kyle looks so like. maybe one day I’ll draw some fuckin comic ideas or something. idk.

so I still have no idea how to do minimalism effectively and the eyes suck and I put the face way too high on the head for the proportions of these dolls... but it’s a start of an idea. and that’s exactly what concept art is for.

second attempt at a face texture... the eyelids are a little wonky but I think in general it’s looking pretty good.

think I’ll try and do a hair texture next... and an iris. those are fun to colour.

When I wake up I want to start reaquainting with some OCs and Apprentices with my OCs. I don't have a chart at the time, but maybe an interest check in an interest check? Who is interested in some ocxoc ships, in or outside the Arcana? I also have Dragon age and adaptable but my meds finally kicked in good day.

hey kids ever draw anything with a forced perspective, then change your mind, then change it back, then wonder how you spent so much time on this. I am gonna post a timelapse of the journey so far basically, but like. if you ever wanna see what ‘not having anything like a plan’ looks like look no further.

Genuinely though, proportions wise should I stick with the perspective or try and rework it into something more straightforward?
