it's so applicable to any creative.
He says that when he stopped thinking he had to be Capital P Productive all the time, he started doing better.
He now splits it into three "seasons".

It goes beyond "give yourself permission" and into "sorry it's time for recess, put your textbooks away".
If I can put it in to practice, really buy into it, maybe I'll actually do something instead of freezing because I feel like I need to be doing Something Real all the time.
