It was a long mission, and both of them were not only wiped but injured. It wasn’t really a surprise that Kyle would have taken the initiative to curl up to Guy’s side to sleep as they swung on their apartment balcony in a construct hammock.
Guy turned on some light music and rocked him a bit, taking a sip of his canned beer and closing his eyes. He had no qualms with taking a nap with his sector partner after a week like that— His only complaint was that it just stung a bitch a little at first when he put weight on his torso.
