Hi there! This might be a really out of place question but I was wondering how you made GIFS because that's cool and I would really like to learn!

Oh, I’ll be happy to help! Well, if you got photoshop and a video you want to gif( It’s best if it’s an mp4 file. Mkvs aren’t supported so you’ll have to convert it.), then all you have to do is go to file>import>video frames to layers and then go find your video and get the frames you want to gif. Make sure you also go to windows>animation, so you can see the individual frames.

After that’s done, you can edit the gif if you want to. (I don’t really know much about editing gifs, so you might have to search for some gif editing tutorials) Change the animation speed for all the frames by clicking on the first frame then hold shift and click the last frame to select them all and then right click, change the image width to 500, and delete some frames if you have to. (You have to because of tumblr’s gif size limit.)

After ALL that’s done, you go to file> save for web and devices and then you can play around with the filters and see what looks good. If your’e satified with how the gif looks, then click save. Now you made a gif!

sorry if this is a weird question to ask, but how do you make your icons??

it's not weird !! sorry if this post ends up being long ? and you'll be seeing it from my photo editor, they tend to vary so you'll have to figure out where the same options are on yours ! but first, whether or not it's manga or anime you take screenshots of it, obviously ;; whenever you're done with the chapter / episode, just go to whatever photo editor you like to use and open the first of your screenshots ;v;

on my editor there is an exposure option !

i mess around with the exposure on mangacaps and dark animes! with manga, it makes the art brighter, clearer, and removes some pixelation, and with anime it makes the screenshot a lot brighter and prettier!
