Piper swearssss up and down that she's not a jealous person, says that can't stand it when girls act jealous all the time and then turns around and takes control of an entire cabin for Jason Grace. Lol. I'm sure she's like this with every partner one way or another so Leo and Jason aren't special in that regard.
Everyone can tell when she's in a mood but it's so against her usual persona that they tend to misread her jealousy as something else. She'll want to blatantly bite someone's head off for getting too close to her boo but everyone else around her is so concerned that she's like irritated or overwhelmed or something and can't understand why she's agitated all of a sudden.
I wanna say that Leo is oblivious of or confused by her behavior, but in reality he might be one of the only people who knows how she can get (bc of Jason). He might be worried at first but he'd eventually find it hilarious and it'd stroke his ego like nothing else 😭 He'd probably tease her and would think it's suuuuuper hot. Before they get together his self-esteem issues WOULD lead to him being obtuse about it but after they get together he loooooves him some jealous Pipes
