Blitzy is the Flowey of LesserTale and his personality is always changing. He's what you'd call 'tipsy'.

Blitzy was the second character created in LesserTale.
History
Blitzy, (in the past), acted as a messenger for the king and was good friends with all the monsters of the underground. But when the king had gone mad, Blitzy was ordered to give a warning message to the monsters of the underground. Blitzy did just that and had to watch helplessly as many monsters turned to dust. But one day, the king had ordered Blitzy to search for where the few monsters had hid. Blizty seized this opportunity to flee from the king's control. Suprisingly enough, Blitzy had stumbled across the monster's hideaway. Many of the survivors were afraid that he would tell the king of the hideaway and was met with many hostile glares and was not welcomed due to their fear. However, Moe believes that Blitzy deserves a chance and put forth the suggestion that Blitzy will guard the ruins and warn the surviving monsters of any future attacks. In return, Blitzy will be welcomed as an ally and be treated fairly. Many of the monsters were reluctant, but agreed to the suggestion nonetheless. As far as the king and Royal Guard are aware of, Blitzy is dead. However, Blitzy is alive and well. He guards the ruins as promised and leads any allies or monsters that he meets to the hideaway.
