aaah my trip, was in one word very TIRING but amazing none the less. Mostly went to the famous tourist attractions which were, as expected, incredibly crowded. That was a shame, how the whole city was constantly so crowded, day and night but it was still so beautiful. The top of the Eiffel tower from the hotel window, walking along the Seine, the Pere Lachaise, which is Paris' biggest cemetery with all of these lovely old grave-chapel-building things that looked absolutely amazing since they were basically in the middle of a big forest all overgrown with plants and aged and hauntingly beautiful. But the Louvre especially. Mom and me went to the night opening so we ended up walking through the marble statue rooms all by ourselves at some point and there are no words to express how stunning that was. (I'm a total agalmatophiliac, so you can imagine how I felt) I don't know if I'll be going anytime soon though, I honestly feel like I'm still trying to catch my breath, that city just drains you if you let it but it was definitely the best 21st birthday gift ever!
