so some of my friends and i are probebly going to do a les mis group cosplay for an upcomming con called SanJapan and i was wondering if you bought your cosplay and if so where and do you know of any good sites for les mis cosplays? If you made them do you have any tips for doing so? or any tips for les mis cosplay in general? (We are doing Jean Valjean, Cosette, Javert, Fantine, Thénardier, Mme. Thénardier, and Eponine if that helps) thanks for your help!

Ah, welp, we made our cossplays/ altered clothing to fit our cosplays. I’m actually completely re-making mine, and yeah… haha trial an error.  I wish I knew, although, there are lovely cosplay tutorials on tumblr as far as corsets and petty coats and things of the like go. I didn’t really have a pattern for my cosplay, but I suggest using one. If you go to any sewing/craft stores (i.e. JOANN’s Handcock Fabrics, etc.,) they normally have whole books of patterns with halloween/period/movie costumes included.I hope I answered you well…? :)
