More on La Batte, it's a weekly flea market in Liège, Belgium. It covers the gamut of fresh food to used junk and the most notable thing is that people drive specially outfitted trucks to these things to sell food. A truck pulls up and parks and 10 meters of deli style glass displays fold out of the side and the whole truck drops 50cm to sit lower and then shop is open. Everything in the chicken rotisserie picture is part of the truck.
