Chida Kettle Corn
Ingredients 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. La Chida Habanero Oil 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup popcorn kernels 1/2 tsp. coarse kosher salt
Directions 1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Once hot, add La Chida Habanero Oil 3. Immediately stir in the sugar and popcorn. 4. Cover and shake the pot constantly so the sugar doesn't burn. 5. Once the popping has slowed to once every 3 seconds remove the pot from heat and shake for a few more minutes until the popping stops. 6. Pour into a large bowl, sprinkle salt on top and stir slowly to break up large clumps. 7. Enjoy your Chidalicious kettle corn with good company or your favorite movie.
