9月のお菓子教室 今月は、マッサシェフのレッスンでした。 フレンチでいただくような桃のデセールを習いました。 シェフは、フランスで三ツ星レストランのデセールを担当していたこともあるのでこういうスイーツも得意なんです。 パーツの一つ一つは、そこまで難しくないのだけれど工程での糖度や温度が大事だったりするので（それを間違えると固まらなかったり、ふわふわにならなかったり）家で作れるのかなぁ。。。自信ないです。 でも、こうやって一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのだからフレンチのコースが高いのも仕方ないと思えます。 もちろん、とっても美味しかったです。 特に桃のソルベ（シャーベット）が。 これだけでも、家で作れたらうれしいんだけどな。 今回もグレーターの新しい使い方を知れたし、とても勉強になりました。 ごちそうさまでした！
