Special MotiChoor Laddu recipe
MOTICHOOR LADDU COOKIES
Ingredients: ½ Cup Butter 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar 1/ 3 Cup Hung Curd 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 ¼ Cup Refined Flour 2 Pinches of Baking Powder
For filling: Motichoor Laddoo, crumbled
For garnishing: 1 Cup Dark chocolate, melted silver Vark Mixed nuts, chopped Sweet Boondi
Strategy:
1. Liquefy the spread. In a blending dish, consolidate dissolved margarine, the sugars, hung curd and vanilla pith. Whisk together.
2. Include refined flour and preparing powder to the blend and blend well once more. It will be a sticky batter. Refrigerate for around 10-15 mins.
3. In the interim line a preparing plate with spread paper. Expel the batter from ice chest. Oil your hands with ghee.
4. Take a decent segment of the batter and move it into a smooth round. Level it and stuff some motichoor blend. Take the edges and seal them pleasantly and frame a thick level treat.
5. Rehash with whatever is left of the batter and place them on the preparing plate, 1 inch separated.
6. Prepare the treats in a pre-warmed stove at 160⁰C for 15-20 mins. Expel and exchange to cooling rack. (Note: The treats will be delicate when expelled from the broiler, they will solidify once they chill off.)
7. Plunge the treats in softened chocolate and enhancement with nuts, sweet boondi and vark (discretionary).

ಅವತ್ತು ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ. ಸಂಜೆ ಆಫೀಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಬಂದವನಿಗೆ , ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ೨೪ ಕಾರಟ್ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಲಾಡು ಮಂಚದ ಮೇಲಿತ್ತು . ಓಹೋ , ಏನೋ ವಿಶೇಷ ಇದೆ ಅಂತ ತಾಯಿನ ಕೇಳಿದೆ. “ಒಂದು ಫಂಕ್ಶನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ರು. ಇಷ್ಟ ಆದ್ರೆ ತಿನ್ನು” ಅಂದ್ರು . ಸ್ವೀಟ್ ತಿನ್ನದ ನನಗೆ ಅಂದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಯಾಕೋ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಪಟ್ಟೆ ತಿನ್ನುವ ಚಪಲ ಆಯಿತು . ಇರಲಿ ಅಂತ , ಒಂದನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಹಾಕೊಂಡೆ.ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಸಿಹಿ ತಿನುಸುಗಳ ಹನಿಮೂನ್ ಕಥೆ ಮುಗಿಯಿತು :). ಇನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಮಜ.
