Oops! I was busy today so your whale fact comes a little late! Did you know that female humpback whales have best friends? They will find each other and float about just enjoying each other like humans do. The whales who make friends are often healthier. This was amazing to scientists who previously thought humpbacks were unsocial. These friendships are also only found with female whales, never with two males or a male and female.

I completely forgot to check for whale facts yesterday! I’m so sorry! But that is pretty cool. Did you know that Killer Whales aren’t really whales? Because I didn’t, and I’m dissappointed
