最近 Pop-up Cafe 大行其道，就連本土設計的卡通人物都唔輸蝕。繼癲噹成為夢見屋店主之後，今次輪到松鼠仔 Squly 的朋友仔 Ladeka 成為 Lab Made 店主。我依莉詩今日就率先到荃灣店品嚐一下佢精心炮製的份子甜品！
裝飾以平面為主
係 Squly Pop-up Cafe 門口歡迎大家的並唔係松鼠仔 Squly，反而係佢嘅朋友仔 Ladeka。咦？睇嚟應該叫 Ladeka Pop-up Cafe 先啱啵！因為 Lab Made 本身賣份子雪糕，所以鋪面唔大，得幾張枱可以坐，為咗慳位，裝飾都只係以平面為主，影相位就唔多夠啦！
▲ 點解門口唔係松鼠仔，反而係企鵝仔呢？ Squly & Friends 共同創辦人 Cyril 和設計師 Claudy 就解畫啦，原來因為整份子雪糕需要好抵得冷，所以 Ladeka 就幫 Squly 手做大廚啦！

雖然話呢間本身係份子雪糕店，但係限定菜單入面，雪糕反而變成配角，賣相仲變得更吸引添！唔單止有 Squly 最愛的松果型甜品 同 Ladeka 最鍾意食的雕魚燒，另外仲有焦糖燉蛋、心太軟同窩夫。但奇怪的是，價錢唔單止無價到，反而仲平咗添，超抵食！
Squly 最愛朱古力榛子松果配牛奶雪糕 $36
用一片片蛋糕加上榛子醬砌成的松果甜品超得意，食落有 D 似繽紛樂，而牛奶雪糕味道較淡，可以中和榛子醬的甜度。

今次呢間 Pop-up Cafe 規模唔算大，不過以兩間本土店合作可以就到咁已經好利害。至於限定甜品方面，真係勁抵食，平時一杯份子雪糕都成 $40幾蚊，依家加埋松果型甜品、雕魚燒、焦糖燉蛋、心太軟或者窩夫反而仲平咗。不過我最鍾意食的係火焰雪糕芝士撻呢！香濃芝士味，但又一 D 都唔「流」，食多幾件都仲得！

喪屍鍾意食腦就係人都知，但原來做人都一樣要「食腦」！ Lab Made 喺今個萬聖節連同電影《戇 Scout 打爆喪屍城》推出全新口味雪糕，見到外形血淋淋嘅喪屍腦，我依莉詩當然急不及待食番個補一補。
Lab Made 份子雪糕店每兩三個星期就會推出新口味雪糕，本來已經夠新奇刺激，估唔到係 10月 22 至 11月 1 號期間更大搞恐怖氣氛，推出食腦同痴線蜘蛛兩種口味。

小食評：原來大腦係由士多啤梨奶凍製成，不過食落無乜味，要同埋用士多啤梨醬整成嘅血醬同紅絲絨蛋糕整成嘅血塊先有味道。雖然食住呢杯雪糕打片夠晒嚇人，不過底層嘅蛋糕味雪糕好快溶，所以影相要快手啦！

小食評：痴線蜘蛛嘅雪糕係好濃嘅海鹽焦糖味，食落咸味有 D 重，幸好有杏仁碎、甜忌廉同蛋糕碎中和，將整體味道提昇到另一個層次。而用來裝飾嘅 比利時朱古力「蜘蛛網」同「蜘蛛」手工竹炭曲奇味道唔太出，不過用嚟做裝飾就可以點出萬聖節主題。
依莉詩：「外型特別，但味道無驚喜」
Lab Made 嘅份子雪糕 向來以味道新奇作招來，奶醬脆多、英式糖漿餡餅等，兩至三星期就轉一次款，好啱貪新鮮嘅人。不過今次兩款 Halloween 雪糕味道唔算太特別，蛋糕味同海鹽焦糖味之前都出過。而「食腦」外型特別喪屍腦加血漿亦夠心思，啱晒相機食先嘅朋友，相反「痴線蜘蛛」貌相平平，唔太討好。整體來說，以四十幾蚊一杯嘅萬聖節主題雪糕都算不過不失，我覺得經過試下就好，唔需要特別去食。
