Pup-Date

Lucky has arrived and is settling in! He’s gotten to know Bodie and they’ve been playing non-stop.

As a cute little Portuguese Water Dog, Lucky is an energetic and lively little man, but now that’s he’s passed out at my feet, I can really enjoy him.

I’ve had Bodie now for a year and change (15 months to be exact) and my life has changed so much. So much for the better, and I’m so thankful for this little dog who has not only helped me grow up, he’s taught me patience, unconditional love, exploration, keeping me healthy and active, and to have fun. He’s also taught me to stand up for myself and to be a tiger if you need to be.

dear diary,

today was my second day in my new home.  my mom and aunt had work so i had to stay in my crate all day.  i was a little difficult going into my crate but once i was in it i was fine with it because my aunt bridget gave me some treats before she left.  my crate is so comfy, i have a soft pillow and a university of tennessee blanket to keep me warm.  my mom came home from work first and took me on a playdate with my bff, Notorious P.U.G., at the park! it was so much fun! i met a really pretty girl named, Bailey, at the park.  she was a lot of fun to play with, i think i might have a crush on her.  i also met my aunt morgan today! i gave her so many kisses! now i'm going to watch tv on the couch with my aunt and my mom! until next time.
