Led by William Delgado, the founding directors came together to form an organization where members could connect with each other and serve as a resource for doing business, to create collaborations, partnerships, to network and gain access to leaders of industry and government in South Florida. From the inception, William and the directors made the decision that members of LABA are treated like family. To date, when you attend a LABA event, you are warmly welcomed by every member starting with the Chairperson of the Board, Alina Delgado.
