Happy Laba Festival!!! Laba is the eighth day of the twelfth month of the Chinese calendar. It’s a traditional Chinese holiday and we eat Laba congee to celebrate it!! : D. My family cook the congee with all these different kinds of beans, rice and seeds (actually there are more ingredients...i was being lazy haha.) p.s. Yeah the date was wrong...should be 01.24.2018. I have no idea how I got both month and day wrong lololol. I guess It’s kind of hard to keep track of date when you’re not working...

Dzisiaj znowu dałam radę przebiec 7 kilometrów. Dodatkowa trudność: upał. Ale co? Ja ni dam rady? Raz dałam radę i tego nie powtórzę? Choćbym miała iść przez 3 kilometry to i tak bym pokonała ten dystans :P Jednak bieganie dużo daje. Nie tylko poprawia kondycję, figurę ale też nastrój i nastawienie do samej siebie, do innych ludzi, do życia. Zmienia się myślenie człowieka do tego co się stało, co się dzieje teraz i co będzie. Taki lek, który kosztuje tylko wysiłek, a może aż wysiłek i motywację ;)
