Now for DOWNLOAD!
Timeless, elegant, fashion made to last.

This is a two-part download.
Hear me out first. I know some of you have been eagerly waiting for this, and I'm thrilled to share it with you. However, like many of my builds, this is a really elaborate lot with tons of cc. Running it in your game requires a lot of computing power and poses a risk of pink soup. But you do want that content, even if just to take a few photos and not really have your sims shopping there, do you?
Well, here's my solution:
You can have all the content, just not in ONE lot, but in TWO.
I have created two versions of the same building, one containing the content on the Lower Floor, and the other containing the content on the Upper Floor. The exteriors of the buildings is almost the same. This drastically reduced the file size, improved game performance, and eliminated the pink soup problem for me (Technically, you CAN have both versions in your game, as long as you don't mind having two identical-ish buildings in your neighborhood).

Finally, check here for cc credits and the list of build and shopping cc links in case you encounter a missing mesh situation.
In case you're not aware, I did a word play on the name with the typical Sims 2 goofiness. Check out the real deal: LaBaie Department Store in Downtown Montreal (or what it used to be).
