Hey everyone, I had a great time at LACC wearing my Fran but there were some people who were being real McAssholes. On Saturday, my friend caught someone posing for a picture of himself leering at my behind. Now there’s a lot cosplayers, like myself, who wear costumes on the sexier side. But it goes without saying that COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT. Do not touch or take pictures of cosplayers without they’re knowledge or permission. It’s not cool, it’s not funny, and it’s not respectful. I’m pretty okay with taking pictures with anyone and if you have an idea of something you wanna do or a particular pose, I’m usually okay with that too. But don’t take pictures of me like a creep without my permission. Also dressing up as Deadpool isn’t a passable reason to act like a jackass at conventions either. If you can’t handle that and be an adult, don’t go to conventions.
