I don't know if this is just something that I do, or if other designers do it, too, but I usually don't wear a finished design before I release it. 🙈 Of course I put it on for an afternoon or so to check if I am happy with the fit. But I don't really wear it outside and just for pleasure. I always feel that until the design is released, there is still work to be done. Taking pictures for the release for example. And I don't want to ruin it by spilling something onto it. Also, when I wait till after the release, then being able to wear my new design feels like a reward for all the work that I have done. 😁 My Reyna Sweater which is pictured above was released this October. And even though I finished it months ago, I only started wearing it recently after the release. #reynaSweater What can I tell you?! I am SO happy with this design! It is definitely one of my all time favorites.🥰 If you design, too, I would love to hear how you do this. Do you start wearing your design immediatly when it is finished? Or do you wait until after the release as well? Have a lovely Monday everyone and a happy public holiday to my fellow Germans! 🤗 ____ Pattern: Reyna Sweater Yarn: Austermann Merino Cotton ____ #circularyoke #circularyokesweater #laceknitting #lacesweaters #lacesweater #herbgardenknitwear #designing #knitweardesignersofinstagram #knitweardesigner #myLifeAsAKnitwearDesigner #knitweardesign #knitter #knitting #instagramknitter #instaknitting #belovedknits #lovetoknit #loveknitting #iloveknitting #genserstrikk #genserstrikking #rundpassenpullover #rundpasse #stricken https://www.instagram.com/p/CkXwP2mIFiA/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
