“Please stop staring at me.”
Often Gyomei chose to go through the narrower bystreets in Archimedes, and spent more time on the outskirts of town instead of within it; the wood there wasn’t as dense as the one he had known, but it was at least similarly rugged. Instead of that he’d opted to follow the trail that led up to a different facet of the cliff, the one lined with flowers.
He wasn’t paying them much attention in reality. Someone had slipped in behind him a ways back, and had followed at a distance. Their step was light and practiced. The Pillar didn’t doubt they would be able to find cover even on a path such as this if he had decided to turn and feign a look behind him. There was no indication of a threat, however; the gaze was appraising, but its weight was not hostile.
Having stopped in the middle of the path, Gyomei turned and cast his teary eyes back down the way he had come. Though his brow was furrowed, he didn’t seem antagonistic either- for someone of his dizzying stature, his posture was passive if anything.

✧*:・゚| SIEBREN is not the sort to condone looting, or even trespassing, but this particular street has been starkly quiet, flakes of diamond ‘snow’ to stir up the pathways and corridors. Best to take CONTROL of the situation before it is too late, to handle goods that may rot,and damn the consequences later; he's already been labeled a criminal before arriving in this city, could it hurt to lean into such a thing just a little when it comes down to IMPORTANT matters?
WITH trepidation, he hovers through the halls of a mostly empty building, a thin layer of the diamond substance coating the exits, stirred by careless travelers or blown in with the wind. If the wind grew any HARSHER, perhaps there wouldn't even be a chance for this.
HIS thoughts are halted by what he could only describe as the sounds of trouble. A swivel of his head towards one of the shelves ( boxes upon boxes haphazardly stacked as if in a great hurry ) and one individual seemingly trying to reach for one. He's POLITE enough not to question; his mother always taught him well. Still, the single brow that arches upwards cannot be held back no matter how much he tries to do so. There's a thin press of the lips, however SLIGHT, but little else. A man's curiosity is overflowing, however, for he finds himself turning to look the youthful male in the eyes, bright lilac gleaming in silent curiosity.
. WHY in the world is the other LOOKING for beauty supplies and not food or water in all of this, Siebren hasn't the faintest idea!
❝HERE, it wouldn't do for you to slip and fall —- what if you find yourself TRAPPED with a limp leg?❞ Eyes lower to take in his reflection bouncing back from the surface of the crinkled package; he hasn't the FAINTEST idea of what any of these beauty products do. But, well, if the other is curious. ❝-Are you WELL STOCKED on other amenities?❞
“Playing coy won’t help you at this stall; the owner has seen far too many sly creatures like yourself to be swayed so easily.”

It was such a rare occurrence for Zelos to actually be in the office, but, today was different. He had some things to gather from his cubicle, which he was using as temporary storage, until the forge opened. So, he could actually move them now!
Then, he realized his cubicle neighbor was also in. He wondered what he was up to...
The man peeked over the horizon of the cubicles that separated their desks, what nefarious schemes was Rook Hunt getting up to on this Wednesday morning?
“Not feeling chatty this morning, huh?”
