Is it okay to ask how you started out with lactation stuff? One of my partners is rlly into it and I wanna help them get started w it.

started how? like. in terms of my desire for it, ive just always been turned on by it :3 people as livestock etc.. kinda hot to me. and in terms of inducing just pumping! pumping and domperidone c: u gotta be consistent about it tho. like pumping 3 times in one day and then not at all for a week isnt going to get u anywhere. your body resets fast. it doesnt really like having high prolactin, so you have to do it at least once or twice a day to see any real results. you just gotta be realistic. if you just want it for occasional kink, thats not realllyyyyy gonna cut it. you gotta be so committed to it. its an every single day thing.

soz this is kind of defeatist lol i just get like. a lot of messages n stuff from people saying theyve struggled to induce and 9 times out of 10 they just dont pump enough. i have some more info in my lactationask tag tho, but the best way is to probs just google

just found youe acc and this is so cool! i knew trans women could lactate but the only records i could find where all for parrenting. i wanted to ask about what you did to be able to lactate, cause everything said medicatiom but any advice or even alternatives and other advice is useful. youre really cute and an inspiration!

but yeah just domperidone and pumping tbh. outside of hormones (estrogen plus eventual progesterone to mature the tit or whatever the fuck) i havnt done a whole lot. but again i am an outlier. im fairly certain its a lot harder for most people, my body is just built for being a cow. just wish my tits were bigger 😪

Do u have to wait till some amount of progress in ur transition to start trying to get milk out or what. I wanna get to work on em asap..

ideally, unfortunately 😔 something something progesterone needs to develop the breast tissue past tanner stage 3 so ur able to lactate (easier?) or so but its not a great idea to take progesterone until u hit stage 3 because it can cause ur tits to develop weird. honestly tho i dont really know. because i dont think progesterone is NEEDED it just helps a lot.

scratch all that i just googled it and prolactin can fuck with secondary sex characteristic development. ex, ur beautiful udders. so if u want big milky tits faster it seems like its ideal to wait until ur tits are done growing first i fear v_v

in the mean time tho mamas got all the milk u could ever need my lil calf. i'll grow u up so big and fat so that ur udders may one day become nice n milky just like mine

ok sorry for the question. also on e for awhile but never got lactation naturally. maybe u had high natural prolactin.

that and when i was first put on hormones i was taking 50mg cypro for like a year which made my prolactin 40ug/l~ for the duration 🥴

How'd you induce lactation?

u can check for (slightly) more in-depth answers in my #lactationask tag but just by pumping and taking domperidone c: domperidone does most of the heavy lifting tho, especially if you dont pump consistently.

What pump do you use? Need a recommendation for my gf. She has some dripping but we want to get it to spray.

u can achieve spraying with just hand expression if ur diligent enuf about it. but the one i have is just what was cheapest on amazon like 3 years ago lol
