Hi there! First, I wanted to see if I was following you already and your bar at the top hides the icons it seems =(. Second, thanks for reblogging one of my Mononoke GIFsets 8). Third, I saw on your FAQ "I don’t have download links! Everything I gif are from DVDs I bought." I was wondering what you use to screencap from DVDs instead of local files? I've wanted to try it for a while, but I'm not sure what works best and whether playing from DVD might cause lags in capture or anything -- thx!

Try VLC or KM Player? I normally record my screen with the scene I want then gif them using the import video option!

I've been posting a decent amount of Ghibli GIFs recently (thanks for reblogging some of the HMC ones by the way), so I was curious if there is a certain tag that you would recommend using if we make something we think might interest you? For example do you check "oh totoro"? Thanks either way XD. -XL

Hi ^___^ Thank you for making so many lovely GIFs <3 The tags that I have favourited/saved, which are the only ones that I check, are “Studio Ghibli”, “Hayao Miyazaki”, “studioghibligif” and “oh totoro”. If you want to specifically get my attention, then “oh totoro” has the least activitiy, so I will definitely see posts under that tag. xoxox

Hi Lily! Thanks for the spoiler translation. Can I ask for your help in publicizing that most of Netabare's spoilers (if not all) come from other sources, and that the images we get at this hour are actually from Baidu so people should NOT repost those images either or reblog them if the source is Netabare? Of course is you don't agree, you don't have to but I recall many people not realizing about Netabare last week and anticipate the same issue now. -XL

Yep, Netabare gets their spoilers from other sites, including Baidu. 

They update whenever Baidu updates so yeah, don’t repost the images from Netabare too. They’re usually just cropped versions of the ones posted on Baidu.
