Guys!

Please, hear me out for a second. I don’t even live in the US and I am so concerned about net neutrality. Why?

Because 

a) if they really make people pay for the Internet in the US, it will happen everywhere.

b) I’ll lose so many of my friends. I have several friends in the US, but how are we supposed to keep in touch without the Internet? How am I supposed to reach out to them?

c) Tumblr won’t be the same anymore. Half of the writers will disappear. The amount of fanfiction writers and readers will be dramatically reduced. People will stop doing what they love because they won’t be able to afford a site.

And this doesn’t even cover very important issues like the changes that will take place in the educational and the health system, the way people find jobs or pay taxes, the way they choose to keep up with the news, or the way many people work from home, using the internet.

And again. If this happens in the US, it will affect all the other countries eventually. SO PLEASE. Sign the international petition.
