Repost On March 26th, 2014 the members of Ladder 15 and Engine 33 of The Boston Fire Department responded to alarm box 1579 for 298 Beacon street, what would later be known as The Brownstone Fire. Today happens to be the two year anniversary of that alarm, the anniversary of two brother firefighters who perished in the line of duty. Today, like each and every other day, we mourn the loss of these hero's who have made the supreme sacrifice serving the citizens of Boston.
