This one is for @brookie4cookies who asked for her Sengoku Basara OC [Lady Saigo - Oai] and Ieyasu Tokugawa. Since they are my favorite power couples, I loved taking up the assignment. Ending today with Lady Saigo, the woman and the braintrust behind Tokugawa Ieyasu. She was both his strong right arm and the one who counseled Tokugawa on how to both face reversals and handle successes. She gave him four children and their eldest would succeed his father as the second Shogun of the Tokugawa dynasty. Her counsel to him at the Battle of Nagashino was a key part in Tokugawa's role in that battle, which started his own career and his steady rise to ruling Japan.

She died in 1589 of what was assumed to be murder by poisoning, and her legacy in death was sufficient that she posthumously attained the highest rank anyone short of the Imperial family could be given courtesy the Emperor.

Been months of creating her bio with nii-san's painstaking effort. Thank you so so munchies, nii-saaaan!!!!!! QUQ I've learned a hell lot! >A< <33

[ Bio ] Weapon: Shamisen, element: Light Lady Saigo or also known as Oai, was the first consort, trusted confidante and most famous, beloved concubine of Ieyasu. She greatly influenced Ieyasu's actions, decisions, choice of allies and philosophies as he rose to power.

- Loves to look at people's eyes up close. Being near sighted, she always thought of how important healthy eyes are, and is fascinated by them. - As Ieyasu's confidante, she doesn't want him hiding anything from her. She wanted to be someone he can trust and talk to about anything. - Knowing Ieyasu's nature of hiding his injuries, Saigo tries to remember his scars and wounds; how many there are, where they came from, and who did it. - Though gentle and has splendid manners, can be outspoken or sarcastic in speech at times.
