Because of the World card, I almost feel like this has to do with the current crisis we’re all in ‘in the world’ and whoever or whatever is trying to help you, the Queen of Cups, is trying to help you manifest your goals but it also has to do it in a way that is realistic in terms of what is happening in the world. 

I also see it maybe as internal, you could be struggling to manifest because you’re sort of unbalanced right now in terms of finances, maybe your job isn’t the best fit right now or maybe you’re going back and forth between paying bills and having money, not so much ‘struggling’ but definitely there is money juggling itself around you, but the World and Queen of cups will be there when you figure it out and offer you success.
