underrated? hmmm. 

Cindy Moon AKA Silk, is just getting her start and I’d say she doesn’t get nearly enough love. 

Donna Troy is relentlessly sidelined by both DC and the fans nowadays so I’ll definitely put her up there. 

Cassandra Cain definitely doesn’t get the love she deserves; her treatment by both the fans and DC is generally appalling to me. 

Jessica Jones is a favorite of mine that’s about to get a ton more love when her series comes out but for now I’ll consider underrated. 

I’m sure there’s more but those are the ones that come to mind immediately!
