i think ive read a lot of his appearances but lately ive stopped bc it just hurts me to think of all that history all that character development his beautiful personality being blown up to pieces in 2/3 years :|

and it was thanks to a rec you once posted (I had to save it somewhere, ffr) that i managed to get my way around him and get kind of a guideline, i just really loved it and after that i didn't stop ( ´ u ` ) so you were a big help on that.

and he just became more and more important, and hell, he's my kind of hero. so basically im ignoring n52 at all costs. i just "its an au, it aint real. maybe a really long april's 1st joke"

oH MY GOSH YES, YES THAT LAST PART, MAN, I CONSIDER HIM SO IMPORTANT BECAUSE OF THAT, it's kinda funny how just loving a characer so much can affect you like, im a pretty pessimistic person regarding myself and my odds, so it just felt good reading about him, hell i even became closer to my brother because for some reason i started to want to build a deeper bond with him bc of him and tim, the dude just makes you want to be good, and you can see that however good he is, he's not perfect, and it's like you just "ok i can show my worth too, not all is bad" and that's what heroes are for, they're supposed to show you that you too can overcome hard situations, that there are people who'll support you and that you wont be alone, i just think that's so important, and it really fucking saddens me to see that taken away for something more """realistic"""", because the real world is just a real big fuck up. thank you. 

I am however, still buying the n52 issues. i read them and i know it's not dick, that's basically a shell, an empty one at that, of what he was. and i dont see a fucking point to it. and it does hurt me quite a bit, more than angry im rather hurt. he's not dick and he's not being given a chance to ever be dick. they wont give him a chance. whatever he builds gets destroyed, whoever he loves gets killed, because that's the real world and i think that's a depressing way of seeing things, and that is the opposite of what dick is. that's what adds injury to it, it's like a whole big opposite day.

But there's over 4000 appearences of dick in comics and ive only barely scratched the surface (you'd think that would relieve me a bit but it doesn't, i dont want this to become his new "hip and modern" self)
