Ingredients: 200g brie cheese. 200g aged cheddar cheese. 200g blue cheese. 1 baguette, sliced. Assorted nuts e.g., almonds, walnuts. Assorted fruits e.g., grapes, apples, figs. Honey or jam for drizzling.
Instructions: Put the cheeses on a platter and let them warm up to room temperature for the best taste. Cut the baguette into thin slices and place them on the platter with the cheeses. Put different kinds of nuts and fruits in small bowls and spread them out on the platter. For extra sweetness, drizzle honey or jam over the blue cheese.
