I do think that Elena is in love with Stefan, but she can't admit to it because of how she has betrayed him. She knows he has forgiven her and still stays by her side despite how it hurts him. Elena might be brain damaged because of her lustful obsession with Damon, but she is not that fucking stupid to realize she doesn't deserve Stefan's love or forgiveness.

i hope you're right but i just don't believe she's in love with him anymore =(((
