I don’t think there’s a difference, no.

If you’re asking whether or not Justice would prevent Anders from dying of the taint, Gaider said that either the taint would stop spreading and the Calling would never happen, or the taint would corrupt Justice, but didn’t want to say in case Anders made future appearances. Except since I doubt that is going to happen, but we get mentions from Hawke that Anders is possibly alive and well depending on Hawke’s choices, that’s close enough to confirmation of the former for me.
