One of the world's most valuable paintings, da Vinci's Mona Lisa may be Italian, but she was soon acquired by King Francis I of France and is the most popular attraction in Louvre—on permanent display since 1797. In 2017 Spanish painter and sculptor Okuda San Miguel was in Paris to paint this massive wall overlooking Avenue d'Ivry. Paying tribute to French culture and the iconic portrait also known as La Gioconda, @StreetArtNews reports that over the course of less than five full days hanging on this 50-meter-wall Okuda went through 450 spray cans. Well known for his creative application of design and color palette to a recurring theme of diversity, this standing pose of Mona Lisa includes nods to Paris's fashion culture but also uses varied fabrics and skin colors to celebrate the multiculturalism of the neighborhood.  @okudart/
