The government alone cannot stop or curb this menace but it takes the effort of everybody in the community we live in. We must dispose of our waste properly to avoid blocking drainage which can result in flooding when it rains. You'll agree with me today that many Nigerians especially Lagosians threw carn and used sachets water in the open place and gutter not minding the effect.
