A Chinese man hatred towards taiwanese people lead to this church shooting and yes Chinese and Taiwanese are basically the same ethnicity only separated by the Chinese revolution. Living under the sun in Laguna Woods, Zoey Carter is currently 27 years old and is a waitress at Luis’s Diner. In the land of hopes and dreams, Zoey hopes on getting a fresh start at life. The juicy scoop? Zoey overdosed, after a few weeks later Zoey was released from the hospital and after she got home her parents had sat her down and they had told her that they were sending her to rehab for 3 months. Zoey fought them on it for a while and then finally gave up and went to rehab for 90 days and when she was there for about a month she had dropped out of rehab and disappeared for a while without a trace. Zoey Elizabeth Carter is the young child out of 3 children that was born and raised in Southern California on a very cool fall afternoon on October 31st,1993 to the parents of Kelly and Bradley Carter. Zoey has 1 older brother named Adam Lee Carter and a sister name Hayleigh Rose Carter. Zoey is very close with her sister Hayleigh, the two girls would do everything together until Zoey turned 12 years old when they found out that Zoey had Borderline Personality Disorder. Zoey has her days with her Borderline Personality Disorder. After Zoey sister's Hayleigh got married her life started changing to where she started doing drugs and alcohol. After Zoey got arrested she got her life back in order and started to take medications to help with her Borderline Personality Disorder and she got her life back on track and she got a job as a waitress at Luis's Diner.
